In Memoriam: Joseph L. Mancuso

NBIA sadly notes the passing of Joseph L. Mancuso, who founded the first business incubator in the U.S. — arguably in the world — in Batavia, N.Y., in 1959. Mancuso died April 22 at age 88. Click here for more information.

Register for NBIA’s Conference

Click here for more information and to register for the conference.

Vote on NBIA's Leaders

The NBIA Board of Directors election is now open. NBIA members – be sure to take advantage of this chance to help identify the best leaders for the incubation industry and NBIA. You can learn more about this year’s candidates and submit your ballot at www.nbia.org/resource_center/board_vote/. Voting ends May 23.

Links to Service Providers

Developing an incubation program? Looking for help with a feasibility study, business plan or capital campaign? NBIA’s Service Provider Directory lists members whose organizations provide goods and/or services that they believe offer value to the business incubation industry.

The Service Provider Directory is just one of the many sources of information you’ll find in NBIA’s online Resource Center. Take a look around!
