David Monkman, President & CEO
David Monkman has more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, specialist in emerging businesses and financial analyst, including 10 years spent working in south Asia, southern Africa and western Europe. David, who holds a master’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics, has worked for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Asian Development Bank, the European Commission and different trade associations in other markets. Dinah Adkins, CEO Emeritus
Dinah Adkins was chief staff executive of the National Business Incubation Association from November 1988, when the association moved its headquarters from Pennsylvania to Athens, Ohio, until August 2009. Dinah oversaw all activities of the 1,900-plus member organization of incubator managers and developers and headed a staff of 14. (more...)
