Dinah Adkins, CEO Emeritus

Dinah Adkins was chief staff executive of the National Business Incubation Association from November 1988, when the association moved its headquarters from Pennsylvania to Athens, Ohio, until August 2009. Dinah oversaw all activities of the 1,900-plus member organization of incubator managers and developers and headed a staff of 14. (more...)
