For managers of incubators, accelerators, coworking spaces, maker spaces or related programs, NBIA offers the Business Incubation Management Certificate Program. To obtain the certificate, participants must complete four full-day courses. These courses are offered during NBIA events in the U.S., or they can be delivered on-site for organizations seeking to train a large number of professionals at one time.

The curriculum covers facilities management, selecting and serving clients, budgeting, sustainable revenue generation, and more. Participants will develop skills and gather tools to enhance the success of their respective programs. The training can be tailored to the specific needs of a city, region or nation, and includes best practices and case studies from NBIA members across the globe.
