Preconference Institute Fees*
Prices for full-day workshops include course materials, a continental breakfast and lunch. Full-day workshops will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless otherwise noted. The half-day workshop will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and includes only workshop materials. Note: Sunday workshops and the Colonial Williamsburg Tour are concurrent.

* $75 will be added to any preconference workshop if not registering for conference. $75 will be added for on-site registration. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
