NBIA's block of rooms at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel has sold out. However, the nearby Westin Peachtree (see information below) will serve as overflow hotel space for the NBIA conference.
The Sheraton Atlanta Hotel – unlike any other luxury hotel in Atlanta – is located directly in the center of the lively downtown district, just minutes away from exciting shopping, sports, dining and entertainment. Most conference sessions, workshops, receptions, and keynote presentations will be held at the hotel. Transportation will be provided between the hotel and offsite conference activities. Call (404) 659-6500 or (888) 625-5144 (toll free) to make room reservations. Be sure to mention the National Business Incubation Association for the discounted nightly room rate of $119 for a single and $129 for a double. Reserve your room by March 26, 2004, to secure this rate.
Internet access is available in your room via a wireless system or dial-up service. The wireless system costs about $10 for a 24-hour period and is accessible via a wireless PC card or USB adapter. PC cards are available free of charge from the hotel if you do not already have one. Most laptops have a slot for PC cards, but please check to ensure that your computer has one if you plan to use this service. Dial-up access is also available, but you must have your own dial-up number. Contact your Internet service provider ahead of time for a local number to save the cost of a long-distance call. Using the hotel phone line for local dial-up access costs $1 for the first hour and incrementally more per minute after that. Additionally, the hotel is equipped with a small business center with two computers for complimentary Internet access.
