All conference registration, sessions and keynote addresses will take place at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel. One of the finest luxury hotels in the area, the Renaissance is located in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and attractions including National Aquarium in Baltimore and the Maryland Science Center. Getting to the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel From the Airport
Shuttle: Shuttle transportation is available from
Baltimore/Washington International Airport to local hotels, including
the Renaissance
Harborplace Hotel. The shuttle costs $11 one way and are available
near the airport’s lower-level baggage
claim. No reservations are necessary and the shuttle runs 24 hours
a day, seven days a week. The shuttle departs from the hotel every
30 minutes on the hour and the half hour.
Taxi: You can travel to the hotel from the airport via taxi, which
costs between $20 and $30. Taxis are readily available at the airport
and the hotel.
Parking: Self-parking at the hotel is available for $21 per day. Valet
parking is available for $28 per day.
