Registration

Registration is available on site at the conference hotel. Online registration for this event is closed.
Conference Fees
Conference fees include all conference meals, opening reception, tour of the Nidus Center, sessions and session materials. Registration must be received and paid by the dates below to qualify for associated fees. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

Guest Registration: $265
A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category. Guest registration includes all conference meals, opening reception and the tour of the Nidus Center.
Preconference Institute Fees
Prices for workshops include course materials, a continental breakfast and lunch. Note: All Sunday workshops are concurrent with the St. Louis City Tour.

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received at the NBIA office on or before April 21, 2006 will receive a refund of the registration fees minus a $75 administrative charge. No refunds will be issued for additional activity fees unless the event is canceled. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after May 6. There will be no refunds for no-shows. NBIA is not responsible for cancellations that were mailed or faxed but never received. All refunds will be issued by July 15, 2006.
