Register NowThe cost of your registration is determined by NBIA membership, when you register, and the number of events you want to attend, including the conference, Preconference Institute and optional activities.

Conference Fees

Conference fees include all conference meals, receptions, sessions and session materials. Registration fees must be received by the dates below to qualify for the associated rates. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

Additional Member Discount

NBIA is offering a $100 discount to organizations that send multiple members to the conference. The first NBIA member from an organization will pay full price (based on the date they register, as listed above), while all other NBIA members from the same organization receive $100 off the cost of registration. To receive the $100 discount for any member registration after the first from an organization, chose the “Second (or more) member from same organization” registration type.  

Guest Registration: $295

A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category. Guest registrations include all conference meals and receptions.

Preconference Institute Fees

All Preconference Institute workshops have limited enrollment. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fees must be received by the dates below to qualify for the associated rates. Prices for workshops include course materials, a continental breakfast and lunch.

Note: Add $75 to workshop fee if not attending the conference. Space is limited. On-site registration not guaranteed.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received at the NBIA office on or before April 1, 2011, will receive a full refund of the registration fees minus a $75 administrative charge. No refunds will be issued for additional activity fees unless the event is cancelled. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after April 1, 2011. There will be no refunds for no-shows. NBIA is not responsible for cancellations mailed or faxed but not received. All refunds will be issued by May 1, 2011.
