
The cost of your registration is determined by NBIA membership, when you register and the number of events you want to attend, including the conference, Preconference Institute workshops and optional tours.
Conference fees include all conference meals, receptions, sessions and session materials. Registration fees must be received by the dates below to qualify for the associated rates. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

NBIA is offering a $100 discount to organizations that send multiple members to the conference. The first NBIA member from an organization will pay full price (based on the date they register, as listed above), while all other NBIA members from the same organization will receive $100 off the cost of registration. To receive the $100 discount for any member registration after the first from an organization, enter the discount code 2013-Addtlmember when registering online or follow the instructions on the hard-copy registration form.
A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult child (18 and over) who is not in an industry-related occupation. Guest registrations include all conference meals and receptions.
All Preconference Institute workshops have limited enrollment. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration fees must be received by the dates below to qualify for the associated rates. Prices for workshops include course materials, a continental breakfast and lunch.
Note: Add $75 to workshop fee if not attending the conference. Space is limited. On-site registration is not guaranteed.

All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received at the NBIA office on or before March 29, 2013, will receive a full refund of the registration fees minus a $75 administrative charge. No refunds will be issued for additional activity fees unless the event is cancelled. No cancellations will be accepted nor fees refunded after March 29, 2013. There will be no refunds for no-shows. NBIA is not responsible for cancellations mailed or faxed but not received. All refunds will be issued by May 1, 2013.
Registering online is easy. Credit card information must be complete for online registrations to be processed.

If you are registering someone other than yourself for the conference, you must log in as that person in order to register him or her. Do NOT log in as yourself and attempt to register someone else. They will not be properly registered. In addition, do not select the organization's name when registering. Select the registrant's name.
