All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations
received at the NBIA office on or before Sept. 26, 2008, will
receive a full refund minus a $75 administrative charge. No
refunds will be issued for additional activity fees unless
the event is cancelled. No cancellations will be accepted
nor fees refunded after Sept. 26. There will be no refunds
for no-shows. NBIA is not responsible for cancellations that
were mailed or faxed but never received. All refunds will
be issued by Nov. 13, 2008.
