*You must pay for all team members at once to be eligible for the team rate.

NBIA will accept registrations as they arrive, but remember that attendance is limited to 200 individuals, so register early — the team emphasis likely will cause the conference to fill very quickly.

The conference has limited enrollment, so on-site registrations may not be available. After Feb. 7, 2002, registrations will be subject to a $75 administrative fee.
