The cost of the summit is $395. Fees include the Monday evening networking reception, breakfast on Monday and Tuesday, and Monday’s lunch.
All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received at the NBIA office on or before Jan. 27, 2012, will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative charge. There will be no refunds for no-shows. NBIA is not responsible for cancellations mailed or faxed but not received. All refunds will be issued by Feb. 28, 2012.
