Wednesday, March 17, 2 p.m. EDT
Presented by Bruce Gjovig, Director & Entrepreneur Coach, University of North Dakota Center for Innovation, Grand Forks, N.D., and Evan Jones, Director, @Wales Digital Media Initiative, Cardiff, United Kingdom
Businesses all over the world are looking to expand into foreign markets, providing incubator managers with new opportunities for attracting clients. By initiating programs to bring in international companies, incubator managers can create new revenue streams. The NBIA Soft Landing International Incubator designation recognizes programs that excel in helping nondomestic companies do business in the incubator’s country.
This online training will feature representatives from two of the 15 incubators that currently hold the Soft Landings designation: Bruce Gjovig from the University of North Dakota Center for Innovation and Evan Jones from the @Wales Digital Media Initiative. Both programs have earned the two-year designation twice. They will explain how they attract and work with foreign companies and give tips on how you can do the same.
Register now! “Is There a Soft Landing in Your Future?” will take place at 2 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, March 17. Registration is $69 for members and $99 for nonmembers.
