Accommodations
All workshops will take place at the Hilton Kingston Hotel. Located
in the center of the financial district of Jamaica's capital city, the
Hilton Kingston is a modern, 18-story deluxe hotel set on nearly eight
acres of lush tropical gardens. The hotel is equipped to meet all of
your needs with amenities including an Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis
courts, a gaming room, a two-story health spa and shopping arcade. The

Getting to Jamaica
Book your flight to arrive at the Norman Manly Airport in Kingston,
Jamaica. Service to the airport is available on the following airlines:
Air Jamaica,
American Airlines, Air Canada, British Airways, British West Indian Airways,
Continental Airlines, Copa Airlines and Cayman Airways.
Air Jamaica is offering NBIA Fall Training Institute (FTI) attendees
a 15 percent discount on airline tickets for travel to and from Kingston.

The easiest way to get from Norman Manly Airport to FTI headquarters
at the Hilton Kingston Hotel is by taxi. The cost of a taxi from the
airport to the hotel is approximately $20.
Entry Requirements for Jamaica

Please note that as a conference attendee you are considered a tourist
for entry purposes.
U.S. and Canadian citizens are required to have either
a valid passport OR photo ID (such as a driver’s
license) and official birth certificate or other documents that will
establish nationality and identity. All documents must bear the same
last name.
Commonwealth citizens are required to have a passport
valid for a minimum of six months AND a return or ongoing
ticket
Other foreign nationals are required to apply for a
tourist visa through the Jamaican Embassy, High Commission, Consulate

Montego Bay
Located on the northwest shoreline of Jamaica overlooking the deep blue
waters of the Caribbean Sea, Montego Bay is Jamaica's second largest
city. There are more hotels in Montego Bay than in any other Jamaican

Negril
Negril is located on Jamaica's western tip. Its 7-mile white sand beach
extends from Bloody Bay to the Negril lighthouse. Negril is rich in history—the
infamous pirate Calico Jack was captured there in 1720 and the Walt Disney
movie Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea was filmed there. Activities
in the seaside resort of Negril include horseback riding, bicycling on
its many bluffs, and a wide variety of water sports including kayaking,

Ocho Rios is located on the northern coast of Jamaica. This city is famous
