The National Business Incubation Association is offering four NEW workshops for professionals assisting startup companies:

1. Swing for the Fences: Seed Investing for Entrepreneurs (Oct. 14)
A highly interactive, one-day workshop to help increase entrepreneurs' chances of acquiring seed investments and build community support for seed investing.

2. State of the Art in For-profit Incubation Programs (Oct. 15-16)
What value can a for-profit incubator provide an entrepreneur? How are such programs structured to deliver this value? Are these models strong investment bets? What models, if any, are sustainable? Join us in Raleigh to find out.

3. Executive Leadership Institute: Leading with Vision, Value and Strategy--A New Approach (Oct. 14-17)
This workshop, developed in collaboration with JFK School of Government at Harvard University, is designed to help nonprofit organization executives develop the perspective and practical skills necessary to lead effective, value-added organizations.

4. Establishing an Effective Business Incubation Program (Oct. 15-17)
For those involved in early stage programs, executives who are new to the industry or new to their incubation programs, and managers who want to rethink or reposition their programs. From feasibility to achieving self-sustainability, find the information you need to build incubation programs that graduate vital, independent companies.

Complete curricula, faculty information and registration is now available online at http://www.nbia.org/conf/FTI_conf. Print brochures will be available soon. Call us for more information.
