If your company or organization would like to align itself with the world’s foremost organization advancing business incubation and entrepreneurship, please consider the following sponsorship opportunities:
For more than 20 years, NBIA’s conference has served as the premier forum for business incubator managers and developers to share their experiences. Researchers, economic development professionals, public policy makers, venture capitalists, educators and others interested in incubation also participate in our conference. With more than 60 educational sessions, multiple preconference workshops, incubator tours, receptions and networking events, the International Conference is NBIA’s flagship event.
Being a sponsor means you’ll be recognized as an integral part of the event in all conference-related materials and activities. NBIA staff and board members will serve as ambassadors at the conference, helping to facilitate networking between your organization and the attendees. From the conference program to the exhibits to the opening keynote address, we’ll make it clear that there is a connection between your organization and the business incubation industry.
Whether your organization seeks to build relationships with other organizations that support entrepreneurship or the entrepreneurs themselves, you’ll make valuable connections by sponsoring NBIA’s International Conference.
For more information on becoming a sponsor of NBIA's International Conference on Business Incubation, contact Billie Handa at bhanda@nbia.org or 740-593-1892.
NBIA’s annual Fall Training Institute (FTI) offers an intimate atmosphere for in-depth learning and informal networking. Attendees tell us they love FTI because it affords them lots of time for one-on-one networking with fellow attendees. Because participants get to know one another over the course of daylong workshops, they are able to build strong relationships that continue long after FTI comes to a close.
FTI offers the same opportunities for sponsors to build strong relationships with attendees. As an FTI sponsor, you’ll be able to tie your sponsorship to a specific workshop topic. You’ll get to participate in that workshop, which means you can spend quality time with attendees. You’ll also be able to network with all FTI attendees during breaks, lunches and the special sponsor’s reception.
Being a sponsor means you’ll be recognized as an integral part of the event in all FTI-related materials and activities. From the printed workshop materials to the FTI Web site to the sponsor’s reception, we’ll make it clear that there is a strong connection between your organization and the business incubation industry.

While you may know us only from our training events, NBIA engages with members every day with top-quality education and networking. Whether on the NBIA Web site, in webinars and newsletters (electronic and print), or via the member listserv, RSS feed or social networking sites, NBIA is in constant contact with the incubation industry.
Put your company in front of incubation professionals every day by becoming an NBIA Monthly Premier Sponsor. We’ll promote you in every way we can, making sure that the business incubation community knows about you and the products and services you offer. As a Monthly Premier Sponsor, your organization will be featured on the NBIA Web site, e-newsletter advertisements, inserts in our bookstore orders and new member packets, and more!

NBIA is the world’s leading publisher of business incubation books and research reports, with more than 20 titles in print and more in the works.
The business incubation is constantly evolving – not a day passes when someone doesn’t uncover a piece of information that can help incubation professionals better manage their programs and provide a more lasting impact on their communities. NBIA’s high-quality publications deliver successful business incubation strategies to individuals who can make a difference in entrepreneurs’ lives.
The books and research reports that NBIA produces are content-heavy projects that require extensive editorial services. Therefore, without significant financial support, it would be impossible to make these books affordable to those who need them most.
Sponsoring NBIA Publications projects gives your organization an opportunity to connect with a topic that is meaningful to you, such as incubator development or rural incubation. Also, because our publications typically have a shelf life of six to 10 years, NBIA Publications sponsors enjoy a long period of exposure (including recognition on the publication cover and inside the book, in the NBIA Bookstore catalog and on the NBIA Web site). Most importantly, NBIA Publications sponsors enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that they are contributing to groundbreaking research that moves the industry forward.

The NBIA Review is the world’s only periodical devoted to in-depth examination of business incubation and strategies for helping early-stage companies grow. The NBIA Review doesn’t just report industry news; it provides how-to articles and other information that practitioners can apply to their own programs.
NBIA publishes the NBIA Review six times per year. All NBIA members receive the Review as a benefit of membership, though nonmembers may purchase a subscription. NBIA delivers nearly 2,000 copies of each issue of the Review (a total of close to 12,000 individual touches).
Sponsoring the NBIA Review is an excellent opportunity for an organization that would like to increase its exposure among a targeted group of economic development professionals. Sponsor benefits include highly visible recognition on the NBIA Review masthead and in the online version of the NBIA Review, as well as complimentary advertising space in each issue.
