Accelerating Enterprise

More than 600 people from nearly 40 countries gathered in Seattle April 1-4 for NBIA's 21st International Conference on Business Incubation. As the home of some of the most recognized companies in the world, including Microsoft, Starbuck’s, Boeing and more, Seattle was an appropriate setting in which to discuss business growth and economic success.

The conference offered information on a broad range of incubation-related topics with more than 60 educational sessions, roundtable discussions and forum meetings. Attendees had plenty of opportunities to gather new tools and share information about how to help entrepreneurs succeed, as well as network with colleagues.

We enjoyed meeting everyone who attended the conference, and we thank the speakers, sponsors, board members and others who made this event a success!

Conference Photo Album

Our conference photographer created a pictorial account of the conference, including many shots of attendees, speakers, exhibitors and staff in action. Click here to check out the conference photo album. If you were in Seattle, you’re bound to see a few familiar faces.

We’re always working to improve our events, and feedback from attendees is essential to this process. Click here to complete an overall conference evaluation online. We will take your ratings and comments into consideration as we start planning next year’s conference.

NBIA thanks everyone who helped make the 2007 conference a success. We look forward to seeing you at future events!

Thanks to Our Host

NBIA thanks this year’s conference host, the Washington Association of Small Business Incubators. WASBI comprises nine operating incubators in the state, as well as communities that hope to launch incubation programs in their areas.

Thanks to Our Title Sponsor

NBIA thanks our 2007 conference title sponsor, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., the largest owner and pre-eminent international real estate investment trust focused principally on properties containing office/laboratory space.
